2012-2013 Fees

The general enrolment process encompasses three sets of fees, to be paid in Rupiah (Rp): the Application Fee, Building and Development Fee (DPP) and Tuition Fee (SPP). There is an additional fee in US dollars for students accepted into the IB Diploma Programme in Years 11-12.

For your information the range of fees is shown in the charts below.

Please contact the school’s Information and Services staff for specific information as individual fees vary within the range shown, based on a number of factors including year level of enrolment, siblings already enrolled in the school, period of payment and the payment structure.

Application Fee: Rp. 300.000,-

The enrolment process commences with the payment of this fee which applies to enrolment into Pre- Elementary, Elementary, Junior High and Senior High School.
The fee paid in the name of one student cannot be transferred to another name, including that of a sibling, and is non-refundable.

Building and Development Fee (DPP)

This fee is used to finance development and maintenance of school buildings and assets and to provide teaching and learning resources.
There is a set DPP for each school unit: Pre Elementary, Elementary, Junior High School and Senior High School.
The DPP paid in the name of one student cannot be transferred to another name, including that of a sibling.

There are two alternative forms of payment – either payment up front in full or a down payment with set installments. Figures in the chart below show the amount for payment up front. The actual Building Fee will be determined by the student’s year level and will take into account discounts applicable to siblings, land/house ownership in CitraLand, Ciputra Golf Club membership and the period of admission.

Tuition Fee (SPP)

The fixed tuition fee will be determined by the year level of placement and the method of payment, either annual, semester, term or monthly.

Fees for this Year 11-12 programme are paid in USD, with 3 alternative payment structures

May 2012, Dec 2012 and May 2013 USD1,500, USD1,000 and USD1,000

Other fees (Rp)

Students enrolling into the Senior High School pay a one off amount of Rp.300,000 for the Drug Education Programme.

Separate fees are attached to excursions and camps out of Surabaya. There are annual activities for students from year 5 upwards.

Extra-curricular programmes offered by outside providers may attract a separate fee.
